I felt the burn for days after my first workout with them. It took me awhile to get the hang of some of the exercises, but when you helped to get back into place, I could feel the muscles working. I think it will be a great tool for class.

Re: No Need for Weights – Anymore!

Gina,
June went by so fast! The introduction to using TRX straps, outdoors in the FitCamp, in a short time made the exercise not only more enjoyable but also mixed things up a bit.

The overall effect was also very positive in conditioning not only the core but also other parts of my body while enjoying the outdoors. I was not as sore as I expected after the workout and even felt I could do more WORK without feeling tired.

Overall, I would recommend them!

Mike

Re: Healing the Body with Pilates

nice article,I've found pilates to be instrumental in my health and recovery from a cycling injury

Re: Pilates Mat with TRX Suspension

I feel good Gina, thanks. I can't call it a "reconnect" because I never had the basic connection to start with. It feels fabulous as I've never experienced the "freedom" of "letting go" before. Plus it feels wonderful not to feel so "rigid" inside my body. I had no idea. Lifting weights this week I had an "aha" moment when all you've taught me actually "came together" and felt so....connected. Plus, it feels so amazing & delicious......I'm hooked!
